BeachDev LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FIVECARD mobile application ("FIVECARD" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We built FIVECARD to be useful without being invasive, and we keep data collection to a minimum on purpose.
This policy applies to the FIVECARD iOS application and the marketing website at the domain where this policy is hosted. It does not apply to third-party services you may choose to link or share to (such as iMessage, AirDrop, or social platforms), which are governed by their own policies.
Information you provide inside the App. When you use FIVECARD, you may enter information such as tournament names, blind structures, player names or nicknames, buy-in amounts, chip stacks, eliminations, and notes. This information is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable iCloud backup (an Apple feature, not ours), Apple syncs this data through your personal iCloud account under Apple's privacy terms.
Information collected automatically. The App may collect a limited set of technical information to keep the App running reliably:
Information we do not collect. FIVECARD does not collect your precise location, your contacts, your photos (unless you explicitly choose to import or attach one), your microphone or camera data (unless a future feature you opt into requires it), your health data, or your financial account information. FIVECARD does not require an account to use core features.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share limited information in these narrow cases:
Tournament data, rosters, and settings are stored locally on your device and persist until you delete the App or clear its data. If iCloud sync is enabled on your device, that data is also stored in your personal iCloud account, which is governed by Apple. Diagnostic data shared through iOS is retained according to Apple's policies and our internal limits — typically no longer than is useful for fixing the issue it relates to.
All users. You can delete all FIVECARD data at any time by deleting the App from your device. You can disable analytics sharing in iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA). California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 10.
EU/UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing. Our legal basis for the limited processing described above is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App, and your consent where required. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
FIVECARD is rated 17+ on the App Store and is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We rely on iOS's built-in security model — including device encryption, sandboxed App storage, and the iCloud Keychain where applicable — to protect your data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but FIVECARD's minimal data footprint means there is very little personal information to expose in the first place.
We may update this policy when the App changes or when laws change. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the App. Continued use of FIVECARD after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
