This Privacy Policy describes how BeachDevLLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Singularity Inc mobile application (the "App"). We built Singularity Inc to be played privately: the App does not require an account, does not contain advertising, and does not sell your personal information.
We designed the App to collect as little information as possible.
a. Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any other personally identifying information. The App contains no advertising networks and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and the App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission because it does not track you.
b. Game Data Stored on Your Device
Your game progress — including saved labs, Legacy Points, trophies, play streaks, settings, and tutorial completion — is stored locally on your device only. We do not have access to this data. Deleting the App from your device permanently deletes this local game data.
c. Purchase Information
If you make an in-app purchase (such as a Singularity Premium subscription or lifetime unlock), the transaction is processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never receive or store your payment card details.
To validate purchases and deliver premium features, the App uses RevenueCat, a third-party purchase management service. RevenueCat receives a randomly generated anonymous identifier, your purchase history for this App, and general device information (such as device model, operating system version, and country/locale). This identifier is not linked to your name or Apple Account by us. RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf to manage entitlements and subscriptions. d. Game Center
If you are signed in to Apple's Game Center, the App can submit your scores to leaderboards and report achievement progress. Your Game Center nickname and scores may be visible to other players on public leaderboards. Game Center is operated by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy. You can disable Game Center for this App at any time in your device Settings.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own purposes.
Singularity Inc is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example, the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California), you may have rights regarding personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we collect virtually no personal information, most of these rights can be exercised simply by deleting the App. For anything relating to anonymous purchase data, contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
We rely on the security protections built into iOS, the App Store, and our service providers. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple's secure payment infrastructure. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, but the minimal-data design of the App significantly limits any risk to you.
The App is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the United States, the limited data described in this policy (anonymous purchase data) may be processed on servers located in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
